Shipping Information

We carefully ship all U.S. orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Our intention is to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to get your glow on!

Each order is Happi-ly packed and shipped from Oregon within 1-3 business days, but may take an extra business day or two per the Warm Weather Advisory below. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information. Transit time depends on the shipment method selected at checkout. For example: 

  • USPS Ground Advantage: ships in 1-2 business days, arrives in 2-5 business days after shipment
  • USPS Priority Mail: ships in 1-2 business days, arrives in 2-3 business days after shipment
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: ships in 1–2 business days, arrives in 1-3 business days after shipment
  • UPS Ground: ships in 1-3 business days, arrives in 1-3 business days after shipment
  • UPS 3 Day Select: ships in 1-3 business days, arrives in 3 business days after shipment
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: ships in 1-3 business days, arrives in 2 business days after shipment

Please note that once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery times may vary—but we’re always here to help if any issues come up.

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only, but we’re excited to expand our reach as our Happi community grows.

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches for quality assurance before making their way to you.

WARM WEATHER ADVISORY

At Happi Rituals, each jar is small-batch-created with love — and a blend of pure, natural ingredients that may soften in extreme heat. While warm temperatures can affect the texture of your product, rest assured it will not change its quality or effectiveness.

To maintain the texture of Happi products while in transit, we’ve created a few extra rituals for warm-weather shipping:

  • We actively monitor temperatures at all shipping destinations to determine the best way to pack and ship your order.
     
  • When sending to warmer climates, we include reusable ice packs and ship via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge for orders over $100.
     
  • We minimize weekend transit times whenever possible during the warmest months. This may add up to 2 additional weekend days before shipment.
     
  • All warm-weather shipments are wrapped with biodegradable insulated liners  — completely dissolvable and eco-friendly! 

To help your product arrive in its most beautiful form, we recommend the following:

  • Bring your package inside right away once you receive your delivery confirmation to avoid direct sunlight or a hot mailbox.
     
  • If your mousse softens, simply place it in the fridge for about 60 minutes to let it chill out — it will be good as new.
