The shelf life of your product after you receive it is at least 18 months and up to two years, depending on how it is stored. (And we are confident you will love it so much that you don't have to worry about shelf life.) Your product is best stored at room temperature or in a cool, dry place. Should you have excess product, we recommend storing in the refrigerator to extend the shelf life. Some customers have reported how much they love using the product right out of the refrigerator for the cooling sensation.
Yes, you may arrange local pickup by emailing hello@happirituals.com. This will save you the cost of shipping and will be more environmentally responsible by avoiding shipping packaging.
Sometimes packages are scanned under the wrong setting as the mail carrier is loading their truck for the day's delivery which triggers the delivered email you received. Typically, the package shows up in within 24-48 hours. If you still haven’t received it, please let us know; and we’d be happy to assist you.
